Shipping Rates and Times

Domestic Shipping (Australia) 

We offer standard shipping options across Australia. Shipping rates and times will vary depending on your location. Both rates and times will be calculated at the time of check out.

Order Processing 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

Returns Policy

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. 

Return Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that: 

  • The product is unused and in its original condition. 
  • The product is returned within 30 days of receipt. 
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return Process 

  • Contact Us: Before returning a product, please contact our customer service team at info@wirri.com.au or call 0862340927 to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and reason for the return. 
  • Pack the Item: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, if possible. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • Ship the Item: Send the package to the following address:

Refunds 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Exchanges 

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. We will send out the new item once we receive the original product. 

Damaged or Defective Items 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@wirri.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
