When you sign up for Wirri, we deliver the right products at the right time for your lawn, with easy-to-follow instructions. Simply apply the products as directed to keep your lawn looking its best year-round.
Wirri currently serves all regions across Australia. Shipping times and costs will be calculated when you check out.
Signing up is easy! When you go to purchase, you will be taken through the steps to choose the subscription plan that fits your needs. Your first shipment will be on its way shortly after completing the registration.
Our subscription plans are flexible and are anchored on your lawn size and the season. During the sign-up process, you’ll provide details about your lawn, and we’ll create a personalised plan for you.
Your subscription includes a variety of fertilisers and treatments based on the relevant season. Each shipment comes with detailed instructions for application.

Standard shipping is applied for all subscriptions within Australia. Shipping fees will be applied during the checkout process.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Use this number to track your delivery status on the carrier’s website.
If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us immediately at info@wirri.com.au. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Yes, all Wirri products are made from organic ingredients and are safe for pets and children. However, we recommend keeping pets and children off the lawn until the products have been absorbed and the lawn is dry.
Your customised lawn care plan includes a schedule for when to apply each product.
If you miss an application, apply the product as soon as you remember. If you’re unsure about the timing, contact our customer support team for guidance.
Each application is designed to cover 100sqm. If you find that you don’t have enough product, contact our customer support team to discuss your lawn’s specific needs.
If you have leftover product, you can safely apply it all to your lawn, up to about 30% more. Be careful to not go beyond this as it may have an adverse effect on your lawn.
